NGC1365 Galaxy

NGC1365

This barred spiral galaxy is the largest in the group of galaxies found in the constellation of Fornax. It is about as massive as the Milky Way. The bar is in the middle and the nucleaus is quite visible in the centre of the bar. New stars are being formed in its spiral arms. It is 60 million light years away.
